These are all stories that do not fall into one of Bernard's series. The stories Redcoat - Crackdown are all much older. Wildtrack, Stormchild, Scoundrel and Crackdown, almost qualify as a series because they are all set in the world of sailing. I have decided not to put them into their own series because they have no linking characters or plot lines.

Later stories seem to be written when he takes a break from the series he has written, they are usually solid well written one off novels, and can offer a change of scene from the current series. I like them, and often give a brief insight into a different period of history.

This group of stories contains one of the best stories that he has ever written, and is possibly my favourite book, and that story is 'Stonehenge - A novel of 2000 BC'.

All of these stories are comparable to the main series, and miscellaneous may seem to denigrate the books - however it should not. They are all well worth reading, and you won't be disappointed by the books especially the later ones.
